Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Worcester, UK:
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch (1-2 day processing) – £12.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch (1-2 day processing) – Free for orders over £50
Note: We currently cannot ship to some remote areas in Asia. Contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all standard shipments include full tracking. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. Free shipping via EMS may have limited tracking depending on destination.
