Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain safety equipment cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to return your gear:
- Contact our team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RAN clearly marked
- Ship the package to our warehouse (address provided with your RAN)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items)
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
Need a different size or model? We’re happy to exchange your item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping
